Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in beverage, CPG, or non-alcoholic sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of distributor networks and retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a geographically dispersed team.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
