Overview
The On-Premise Specialist will be responsible for growing and maintaining the presence of BERO's products in bars, restaurants, and other on-premise accounts throughout the Los Angeles area. This role will focus on building relationships with key stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, driving product knowledge, and ensuring the successful execution of BERO NA’s marketing strategies in on-premise establishments.

Requirements
- Experience in the on-premise beverage, craft beer, or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and building relationships.
- Deep knowledge of the craft beer industry and a passion for beer culture.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with restaurant groups, bar owners, restaurant managers, bartenders, and staff in assigned and targeted on-premise accounts.
- Educate account staff on BERO’s product offerings, brand story, and best practices for beer service.
- Increase brand visibility through targeted POS placements, promotional activities, events, tastings, and product samplings.
- Actively monitor sales trends, stock levels, and product performance, providing feedback and recommendations to the sales team.
- Collaborate with distributors and retail teams to ensure the availability and proper placement of BERO NA products.
- Execute trade marketing initiatives and help create engaging on-premise programs to drive product adoption and sales growth.
- Gather competitive intelligence, including trends, pricing, and promotions, to assist in sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing team peers to organize and host events to increase consumer awareness and brand loyalty.
- Work closely with Line-Manager and other internal teams to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports on account activities, sales results, and market insights.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks.
- Ability to analyze sales data and use it to inform business decisions.
- Must be comfortable with regular travel locally and occasional regional travel.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry cases of beer (up to 40 lbs).
Preferred qualifications

Previous experience working in a sales or brand ambassador role within the craft beer industry.

Knowledge of local LA on-premise accounts and their beer menus.

Strong network within the LA hospitality scene.
