We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creatively fluent Project Manager – Marketing & Creative Operations to sit at the center of our marketing and creative ecosystem. You will be the single front door for creative and marketing requests across the company, while also leading the charge in designing, implementing, and continuously improving the tools, processes, and workflows that support our growing volume of work. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building systems that help teams do their best work, and know how to manage creative projects without stifling creativity, this role is for you.

-
Creative & Marketing Operations (Build + Scale)

- Establish clear visibility into project status, timelines, and deliverables for stakeholders
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and collaboration as the business scales
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing operations within a brand, agency, or creative studio environment
- Proven experience building and implementing workflows, not just managing within existing ones
- Strong understanding of creative production across digital, social, experiential, and campaign work
- Experience working with both creative teams (designers, photographers, videographers, editors) and marketing teams (social, events, partnerships, growth)
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator who can bring structure, clarity, and calm to fast-moving environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping systems as the business evolves
