Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact support@berobrewing.com. Be sure to change or cancel your order before it has shipped.
    My order is damaged, wrong, or never arrived.
    Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your BERO experience. In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue and your BERO products are damaged or do not meet your expectations, please take a picture and reach out to support@berobrewing.com and we will happily work with you.

    Do you accept returns?
    BERO Collection items: We accept returns for our BERO Collection items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact support@berobrewing.com if you would like to initiate a BERO Collection item return.ย 
    Beer: We do not accept returns for our beer because we cannot guarantee the quality of the liquid when the product travels back and forth. If you experience any issues or the beer does not meet your expectations, please reach out to support@berobrewing.com. We are committed to ensuring our consumers are happy and will work with you to find a solution.
